Here's what Zig Ziglar has to say about The Angel Inside
The Angel Inside is truly one of the most inspiring, encouraging
motivational books I have ever read. It speaks to everyone who has ever
had a dream about anything that has significance. I found it impossible
to stop reading, once I got started. This coming from a man who has
never completely read a book of fiction, because I had a closed mind on
the subject. I have always said, "When I get all of the truth, then I'll
start reading fiction." It was a wonderful thrill to read a book of
fiction that contained an enormous amount of truth and encouragement.
-- Zig Ziglar
Chris I just finished it and it is dynamite! As a school
counselor, with my own personal side business, I hope
to use it in my schools. Keep up the fabulous work, very
creative and drives the point home in a solid fashion.
-- Paul
Dear Chris, we will certainly buy extra copies of The
Angel Inside - wonderful book!!!! I am so proud of your
success. Thank you for writing as you do and knowing
that this is from the Lord - you have been given an
incredible gift. Here in Cleveland, TN we are looking

BIRTHDAY!!!! May you continue to be blessed.
-- Sandra Presley, Arbonne International, Independent
Consultant, Executive Regional Vice President
This is incredible!!! You know how much I love this book
and quote from it often (actually I am even quoting from
it at NTC!) I always get asked where can I find this
book --- trust me, you too will want this book as well.
Let's show our thanks to Chris for writing a book that
can touch all our hearts. I even shared this book
recently with someone from church after telling him how
much I loved it -- he in turn shared it with a co-worker
and was wanting copies too! You'll want copies on hand
to give as gifts --- it's just THAT good!!! NVP's & VP's
please forward to your teams!! Love ya~!
Linda Parker, Executive National Vice President,
Independent Consultant, Arbonne International Let's
give Chris a really awesome Birthday. We have been so blessed to
hear him speak and train both on our team call and in Naples. Let's
give back by ordering "The Angel Inside" see the email below for
details. We finally have an opportunity to do something for him and
be rewarded in the process. How great is that. Let's pull together
and make an impact. Thank you for your support, Please forward to
your teams -- Linda Leitel
Chris I just finished it and it is dynamite! As a school counsellor,
with my own personal side business, I hope to use it in my schools.
Keep up the fabulous work, very creative and drives the point home
in a solid fashion.

It will be my pleasure Chris! I will forward on to my teams as many
of them have been impacted by your teaching and training's as much
as I have! The Angel Inside is beautifully written. You deserve the
best!
-- Sherri
Hi Chris, I just wanted to let you know that I already have a
paperback copy of the Angel Inside, but was delighted to be invited
to help get the book to the no. 1 bestseller position, which it
definitely deserves. I have ordered my hardback copy and collected
my bonuses - thank you SO SO much (there are so many great titles
I'm not sure where to start, so I think I'll read the Angel Inside
again first, then decide!). I was wondering if I could forward your
e-mail to my friends, colleagues and associates? I am an Independent
Distributor with Herbalife International, so I know there would be
many interested in your book, and all the free downloads, but I
don't know if this offer is only for regular subscribers to your e-zine
or if you are happy to receive all the help you can get? You would
more than likely, increase your subscribers. I am a huge fan - you
have made such a difference in my life - and I was thrilled to be
asked to help you! Thank you most sincerely. One of my goals is that
one day I might be able to take you out for lunch. In the meantime,
I hope that my small purchase has helped you to the top of the best
seller list, and I will happily forward your e-mail to my contacts
as long as I have your permission. I hope you have a FANTASTIC
birthday
-- Cath Thomson, UK Thank you so much for the wonderful training! We are definitely going
to be working on being fishermen, not hunters! What a great analogy and
a great story! I have talked to lots of people today who learned so much
on the call last night - think they were all too star-struck or
something to ask questions. I love the idea of getting the Angel Inside
for promotion gifts. I want to get more copies of the Twelve Pillars
too. I just finished the 12 Pillars and it is my new favorite! I keep
reminding myself I have to decide - pain of discipline or the pain of
regret. I do not like regret! I really loved the Twelve Pillars -
although I would have been happier if Charlie hadn't died, but I guess
the letter at the end was a great way to sum it up and a great way to
hit home about the last pillar. I so appreciate your taking the hour out
of your schedule to help our team learn and grow! In my opinion, your
call moved you one more step closer to leaving a legacy because I know
people on our team will be quoting you and using your lessons and
teaching them to others for years to come! Thanks so much again for your
time, energy, enthusiasm and sharing your knowledge! You are changing
lives!
-- Robin Corbin I have to say that this is the single most powerful book I
have ordered and actually read from cover to cover in a very long time.
I identified with almost everything that was written. I cried when this
realization struck me. I am not where I want to be in my business and it
occurred to me the reason why. Not only was I afraid of me and who I
would become, but part of me was holding back and waiting for my sponsor
to reach the next level first. See, in joining the company, and getting
to know my sponsor, she very quickly became my friend. And in that
single instant, mentally my business took a secondary seat-- This little
book, The Angel Inside, put perspective in it's proper place and me back
on track in my business. Thank you so very much!
-- Dorothy Johnston
Just received your book - The Angel Within - read it at one sitting,
Will be re-reading it many times more. It's fab and I really enjoyed the
many messages it holds. Well done and thanks for the inspiration. I know
I will be recommending it to many people.
-- Bron Lancaster
Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I always look forward to read them.
Your book: The Angel Inside is magnificent. Wish you all the best and
look forward for the second part.
-- Michele
I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your books. I have bought
several for my consultants working with me to read. I understand you
will be talking to our group on a conference call next week with Cecilia
Stoll and Linda Parker. My team and I look forward to listening in next
week. The Angel Inside is a favorite...I also paint and I can relate to
Pain.... I'm a very strong person and could have given up in life
hundreds of times, but there was always an Angel that showed me the way.
A lot of people call me their Angel....but it's just because I have a
very BIG HEART. My Dad and family taught me at a very early age...how to
open your heart to strangers and help them. I have always lived doing
that exact thing. I do about 6 Big events a year to help organizations
raise money. I'm now working on an Event for a Homeless group called
SEARCH. This will be my 10 or 12 year helping this group. This is what I
love about Arbonne. You meet incredible people and your helping them
climb the ladder to the top while also getting to know them. I love it.
The friends I have made and the Company, well, I can not say enough
great things about the Company and all the Arbonne Consultants I have
met. Everyone helps each other....that is what life is all about.

The Testimonial below references the Article - "Success Lessons I
Learned from my Single Mom" - which recently appeared in Chris Widener's
Ezine:
I recently read the story told by you entitled, "Success Lessons I
Learned from my Single Mom" by Chris Widener. I've been, what I hope is
successful single mom since 22. Like your mom, I was well off and
enjoying my life and yet overnight became a statistic when my
relationship didn't work out, now I was parent with child, single mom,
along with many other titles I didn't realize I was getting. I just
wanted to say, that you must be a special person to have remembered all
those things your mother did for you and you actually appreciated them.
People keep telling me that my daughter will one day realize all the
things I have given up and it will be the proof in the pudding because
she will be an amazing person to have seen the gift of sacrifice for the
greater good. I didn't really believe that, I know that sounds selfish
of me, until I read your story. Thank you from myself and the many moms
that may read it and never write to you for acknowledging all the things
we do that are rarely given credit for but put down in our society, i.e.
taking a lower prestige job to be at your kids soccer games, taking all
your sick days at work just to actually cover your child's illnesses,
sticking up for them at parent meetings and defending them from bullies
on the playground, foregoing a dating life to be at home watching the
entire Disney collection. I truly hope that my daughter feels the way
you do as she comes to realize the depths of a mother's love. I am truly
sorry and my heart goes out to you even if just an email hug, that you
traversed most of your life without your father, but I'm sure he has
remained with you in spirit, although I'm not religious I just believe
that for some reason. Thank you for saying "Thank You" to your mom. It
made me feel like someone actually noticed me.
-- Tina Balderrama After just reading your "Stop Just Writing About Your
Past and Start Writing Your Future!" article excerpt in the Jim Rohn
weekly E-zine, I was truly inspired. There is so much knowledge out
there which are true timeless principles, but new timeless principles
are rare! I have been keeping a journal for years, and I have always had
goals and dreams, but I have never thought about just focusing on
writing for the future – I LOVE the concept! Many thanks for your
consistent, new and inspirational work!
-- Christo van Zyl
Chris, I love your book, The Angel Inside. You sound like you were
speaking from experience. It brought back a lot of memories. I look
forward to returning some day.
-- Katie Helmke
I saw Dave Jackson's comments on your new book and that it was your
birthday on the Arbonne Success-Loop group in Yahoo and well, it was my
birthday too so I thought I'd just get it for myself as a birthday gift.
I read the book in 3 hours!! WOW!! The next day I went to The Esther
Academy (a regeneration program for women coming off drugs and alcohol
and out of jail that our church opened recently) to do my time with the
women. I took your book along and read them half of it to kill some
time.. MAN!!! You should have seen how your book affected them! It
opened up a group discussion about a new outlook on their lives and you
could just see them SOAR!! to new heights! It was amazing! You have
literally changed the lives of those women! They suggested to our Pastor
that your book be part of the curriculum for all new women coming into
the program! Thank you and God bless you abundantly!
-- Lori J.
I wanted to let you know that I just listened to "Winning with Influence" and
wanted to thank you for such great inspiration. It really made me look at my life
and what type of person I want to be. I've already shared it with others and
I'm telling everyone about Chris Widener. I learned of you through my NVP in
Arbonne. You are a positive influence and congratulations on achieving your success.
All the best to you and keep up the excellent standard!!
-- Michele Rhyne
Hi Chris, We have purchased your books and given them as gifts to our
team. I read your e-zine from "cover to cover" each time and gain so
much personal inspiration and motivation from it, and in turn share a
lot of it with my team. So the "word" is going out, and I thank you for
the gifts you so readily share that God has given you! You are without
question an incredible communicator, and I am blessed to be on the
receiving end. Just wanted to say thanks for all you do!!!
-- Vangie B.
I was privileged to hear Chris in El
Campo, TX. Please pass along my gratitude to Chris that he follows His
lead and shares that information with others. What a blessing he is!
-- Jamie B. Massie
It's great to keep receiving your newsletters and to hear of your
professional growth and personal aspirations. The recent article on
Focus on Today Only, among other suggestions, was so pertinent to my
current situation that I decided to send a return email to say hello and
thanks!
-- Ann
I really liked this issue. Great reminders of what one should focus on.
I enjoyed the way you put your thinking into words.
-- Theresa Chris, I enjoy your ezines...they always aspire me to aim, and then
work toward, a loftier vision and goal. As I read the ezines, I think
how great this message would be delivered to our young people...starting
even in middle school. The content would remain the same, but the
wording and method of delivery would need to be adapted to suit that
younger audience. Imagine the phenomenal effect on people's lives if
they were to embrace a course for success at a young age!
-- Pat Wasilco Hi Chris, We have purchased your books and given them as

and gain so much personal inspiration and motivation from it, and in
turn share a lot of it with my team. So the "word" is going out, and I

Hi Chris, well, after reading your article, you have me convinced that I
want to hear you speak! I don't currently have a place FOR you to speak,
however, I look forward to the day when I will hear your encouraging
words!
-- Tracy R.
Hello Chris, I just want to say that you and Jim Rohn are my favorite
speakers. You have been such a blessing in my life. Once again you sent
out another amazing Ezine!! may I just say "A Job well done". I think it
is great how you transformed your life and I know you are a real
inspiration to others. Have a great week and make the most of your best!
-- Analynn S.
Chris, You have made my day! I have this vision to construct a shopping
complex in our town. The town has lacked behind in development. I have
lived in this town for 16 years. I am trying to source funds from
potential investors to achieve this dream. With your encouraging words
today l feel uplifted and will soldier on till this is realized.

Hi, I have been having a great
treat this week. Received my CDs on Monday and
have almost listened to the whole set, absolutely remarkable. Wanted my
journeys to last longer so I could finish listening to a complete CD in
the car! I have just had a CD player installed in the car so it is a
fantastic privilege for me to have Chris Wideners' company on my
travels. Also read The Angel Inside - wow! and am looking forward to
reading Twelve Pillars tomorrow. I am having a feast. Thank you. Thank
you too for your e-zines which I look forward to every other week. --
Janine Boutelje Chris, I just returned home from Breakthroughs II in
San Francisco. Thanks for sharing all that you did. During my layover in
Vancouver, and then on my way home to Winnipeg, I read both of your
books, The Angel Inside and Twelve Pillars – I couldn’t put them down.
All I can say is WOW! Both books spoke to me in many ways. It is
guaranteed that I am going to be re-reading them again and again, as I
am sure more lessons will come to me each time. I am going to be
printing off the 10 "Principles" from "The Angel Inside" as well as the
"12 Pillars of Success" and putting them on my desk so I see them every
day. Thanks again.
-- Pam Steciuk
Chris, I want to thank you so much for the information you shared with
us recently in the NASA Strategic Coaching Learning Community meeting. I
picked up many good points that I will be able to use in my coaching
practice at Marshall Space Flight Center. I enjoyed hearing about your
personal struggles and the way you pulled your life together; I will use
the coaching to thoughts, beliefs and actions model in my own practice;
and I will look at my personal 6 characteristics to evaluate my own
integrity, attitude, relationships, motivation, confidence and being
interesting to try to increase my own level of influence. On behalf of
the entire learning community we appreciate so much your devotion of
time and expertise in such an inspiring manner. I hope that you have a
very happy and prosperous new year. -- Janie Moyers, Human Resources
Specialist, Business & Life Coach
Was hoping that I might possibly be one of the first 100 to order this
Chris Widener package, so that I could receive the autographed copy of
The Angel Inside!! I saw you speak in Garland, Texas in January and
loved you! Thank you for this sale. -- Shannon Henson
Chris: You exceeded all expectations and did an extraordinary job. You
delivered material that taught our service and support industry user
group things that will significantly change their lives personally
and/or professionally. This session was a HUGE SUCCESS. We would highly
recommend your presentation for other organizations. -- Ivy Meadors,
CEO, High Tech High Touch Solutions, Inc.
I bought your book "The Angel Inside" at the seminar you spoke at for
Arbonne on Saturday and I started reading it on Sunday night. I couldn't
sleep that night because it was late and I needed to get up early to go
to work the next morning. I couldn't wait to get the kids in bed on
Monday night so that I could finish the book! It was awesome! Thank you
so much for this gift! I have already lent it out to a good friend of
mine and e-mailed everyone else I knew to run out and get it! You are
amazing! Thank you for the inspiration... God bless. -- Erika
Chris, I recently saw you in Dallas at Rick and Michelle Teague's
"Defining Moment" event. As soon as I learned that you were going to be
one of the speakers, I knew I had to make the drive (14 hours, one way)
from Louisville, KY to Dallas to hear you in person. You see, when I had
my Mercedes Presentation last August, I gifted all of my managers with
your book (and an angel necklace I found to compliment the "Angel"
theme). I was NOT disappointed and the trip was well worth it. Thank you
so much for sharing your gifts/talents with us through speaking
engagements and more importantly your books. I have devoured The Twelve
Pillars and plan to order more to give away to my team and others who
need to hear the profound truths in this short simple book. How humbling
it must be for you to know that you have touched the lives of so many
people. -- Rebecca Usher
Hi Chris - As Usual your stuff is frank and straight to the point -
Thanks for being you Chris. -- Joseph
Chris, just to appreciate you for the good work. I actually love to
read your write-ups. They keep me on my toes! You are such a blessing.
God bless you Chris. -- Liz Mangai
Hi Chris, first, I have to tell you that I enjoyed telling my Fast Track
team last night that we're confirmed for this call with you and hearing
how excited they are!! I just love the reaction that everyone has had to
your Winning with Influence CD series. It has been a big hit. Also, I read
Twelve Pillars on my flight home from Washington. My grandfather --who
died before I was born but I admire greatly-- was Charlie Davis. What a
great book! It really hit home for me. -- Tanya
Dear Chris, I just wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how
much I enjoy listening to you as a speaker. I purchased the Jim Rohn DVD
and you are a wealth of knowledge, you did an outstanding job and
continue to do so. Thanks again. -- Ian

I loved the Angel Inside book.
I plan to give out to the leaders on my team. We saw you in Dallas two
weekends ago at the Arbonne seminar. You were great! Hope to see you at
one of my presentations! -- Janet
Oh wow, Charles --- Chris made such an incredible impact on my team and on everyone in attendance!! Hilary was right. He was perfect for our event! Thanks to all of you for all you did to make our event the best! Blessings! -- Rita L. Goad, Ph.D.

Hello, I heard about you through Becky O'Brien, a Shaklee friend, at her business meeting on Monday night. I just ordered two copies of your "Twelve Pillars" book. Your book was a good 15-minutes of conversation at a 90-min business strategy meeting. Nothing but life changing positives. Thank you for making such an impression my Shaklee family. -- Kathy

Imagine the opportunity to sit "at the
foot of a master" and learn what it takes to be successful in every
important way - financially, spiritually, relationally, etc. In "Twelve
Pillars," a 120 page, one-sitting-read novel, Jim Rohn and Chris
Widener, two of today's foremost authorities on success, take you
through the fictional journey of Michael, a 40-something man who has
come to the realization that life just hasn't turned out the way he once
envisioned. Meeting Charlie, a wizened "property caretaker", he learns
12 Principles that help him turn his life around. Here's the really cool
thing: This novel, and all Twelve Pillars, is based on the lessons Mr.
Rohn and Mr. Widener share in their world-renown live programs, but put
into the form of one of the most captivating stories I've ever read. I
can imagine that everyone who runs a company or organization will - once
they read this book - buy a copy for everyone within their organization.
If you're a parent, you'll *definitely* want to share this book with
your child before they head off into the "real world." It's one of those
books you wish you read when you were 18, but the next best time to read
it is now. Color me impressed. :-) Congrats to Jim and Chris. -- Bob
Burg AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!!!
Yesterday evening my box arrived from JRI. I opened it up and grabbed,
Twelve Pillars, the first book I saw. I started reading it and couldn't
put it down. I got about three quarters through the book and had to get
some sleep. I got up this morning and I finished the book. What a great
job you two did. I'm so glad that I bought 25. I knew if this book was
anything like "The Angel Inside" I would want the 25 copies. I also knew
if Jim Rohn was involved, the book would be fantastic. And it was! Thank
you both for the wonderful information you dispense. You are truly
blessed to be able to follow in Jim Rohn's footsteps. And from what I've
seen so far (the leadership weekend) and other news articles and your
books, you're doing a great job! I look forward to hearing from you and
Jim Rohn in my future. I'm also grateful that you are willing to share
15 minutes of your time with me. I know how valuable that time is for
you. Once again thank you, thank you, thank you. I know my friends and
family will appreciate this book even more than they loved "The Angel
Inside". You're the greatest! Thanks for being here for people like me.
-- Karen Tardif Chris, thank you
for the call. It's good to get fresh ideas about what to do. I just
talked to my upline and she is going to buy the books and use them as
Christmas presents for her organization as well, so you'll be talking to
her. I've thought about doing the 1 year program, but haven't, but am
going to sign up for it today. Thanks again for your inspiration. -- Pam

much. God bless you and your work always. -- Fr. Joshva

keep up the great work. -- Joseph Rooney Dear Chris,

Good Morning Chris,
I was at the last Jim Rohn event held in California in 2004. That is
when I
officially met you. Let me introduce myself. I have the privilege of
coaching with JRI. My web site is at the end of this newsletter if you
wish
to know more about me.
The reason for me sending this email is to thank you for writing "The
Angel
Inside." This is a book the touched my heart and soul. This past year I
visited Italy and had the privilege of seeing the statue of David. What
an
incredible time. I took your book with me and kept it close as I heard
first
hand the story of David coming from the Marble. I saw the many pieces
Michel
Angelo birthed, both finished and not. Have you ever been there? If not
you
must go. :)
It was truly incredible. This is a book EVERYONE needs to read. Thank
you
for touching my heart and life with this story. God used this book in my
life in numerous ways. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.....
While in Italy bought you a 2006 calendar of Michelangelo and would love
to
send it to you.... on the front cover is the beloved statue of David. I
am
unsure exactly where to send the calendar would you please let me know.
I am
hoping you don't already have one. :)
This is a book I would like to share with my friends, clients, and at
speaking engagements across the United States. Several months ago,
through
an email from JRI, I was offered to purchase the books at a discounted
rate,
is this still possible???? If so I would love to help spread the word
about
this totally heart touching book. Is this possible?
Thank you Chris. I remember seeing you on stage for the first time
thinking
such wisdom at such a young age. I was touched and impressed. Thank you
for
imparting your heart to us. You are a very special young man and I know
God
will continue to bless you.
God Bless,
Jacqueline Sisson
Hi Chris,
"The Angel Inside," All I can say is WOW!
I started reading it a few months back, then just got busy with other things.....as usual.
I had some time and made the decision to take "swift action" in reading your book. Little did I know what I was going to learn. I've known these concepts for a long time, but the way you put them together in a story about Michelangelo is stunning and a history lesson as well.
Your book actually brought tears to my eyes. (don't tell anybody) :)
L.W.
Chris, over the past couple of days I've
been listening to the 2001 Weekend. I wasn't at that event but was at 04
Anaheim Weekend. The part of the moderator you performed was so much
better than that of the person who emceed the 2001 Event. Maybe it's
because I met and talked with you and have watched the 04 Weekend on
DVD. I don't know... but you made that weekend special for me and the
group from Baton Rouge. It's the one year anniversary now since 04
Weekend and we've been going over our success since then. Lord Bless.
-- Bill Cobb
Hi Chris: My name is Sirilak. I do not remember how long I have been
reading your article, but I remember previous Made For Success articles
you sent out to online subscribe readers like me. I really want to thank
you how much you inspire readers and ignite the power within. I want to
share my story (before I move on please understand I have no intention
to promote my work at all) I was born Thai, got married and moved to
Canada. I used to work with couple international companies as an
administrative assistant. When I came to Canada, no one offered the job
I wanted so I applied for a job at a German restaurant as a dish washer
and a kitchen person. I worked at the restaurant for 2 months and my
arms were painful and eventually quit the job. Recovery of my joint
problem took me 3 months. I was unemployed, stressful of financial
problems. I got your articles through online subscription, to be honest,
I didn't think correctly at that time, but I liked the quote for success
you sent out. I kept some of the articles I liked in my folder and read
them from time to time. One day I read about "Great Day Every Day" that
was when I learned that I could make a difference in my life. You are
right, better attitude makes a better life. I kept talking to myself "I
am Made For Success." I started looking for new job through employment
agents. There was only one employment agent that tried to get me to work
in office environment. The employment agent that hired me sent me out to
work with several offices; these offices hired me just a day or two
(maximum 3 days) and turned me down because of my English with Thai
accent. The employment agent did not send me out to work in an office
environment there after. I quit working with the employment agent and
looked for a new job again. Just before Christmas in 2003 I got a job as
a retail clerk in a shopping mall. This is another international company
that the name is well known around the world. I found that nobody cares
about my accent with this company. I had lot of fun working during
Christmas time. The company had to lay off the seasonal workers, and I
am one of them. I thought that I did not mind to get laid off because I
had a good time working with people with this company. I also thought
that the "Great Day" is waiting for me again. Well, the great I thought
of was just the day the store manager told me I was hired as a permanent
employee. I was so happy and delighted. It was the true great day. I
kept working with the company for a year. Christmas 2004 I got a good
news from a college I applied to go for further study. I quit the job at
the retail store early this year and I went home to visit my family in
Thailand. My husband encourages me, I will always find a good job again.
I got back to Canada and started looking for a new job meanwhile I was
collecting my writing. I told my husband I would write a book. While
working on my book, there were some obstacles and difficulties, but my
husband told me "just few more weeks and not to give up." (This similar
concept indicates in one of your article Take A Turn at Tenacious" My
book was assigned the ISBN by the Library and Archive Canada. Today I
have already finished my writing and my husband hires a professional
editor to view my book. My husband and I are working on the
self-publishing process and we know that our Great Day is waiting for
us. Just one book that is sold can count as another success. (Soon this

Chris: I just want you to know that every week, no matter what is going
on in my life, your newsletter seems to have just what I need to keep on
track with my life. Many of the other ezines have been cancelled-no time to read all that stuff! But I
kept your because yours is the one that always has knowledge and
encouragement I can use. Thanks for being there!
-- Karen Walker
Chris spoke at one of my sales events while I was a manager at Cisco
Systems. He was professional and increased our effectiveness

value in my professional life. He is an asset! -- Phil Castillo, Avaya
This was a great Ezine, nice way to start the week!

Saturday was one of the most wonderful days of my life - truly a turning
point for me. Chris Widener was awesome! And I bought 35 copies of his
book, "The Angel Inside". I read it yesterday and am going to read it
over and over again and give to lots of friends. I really needed the
encouragement I got. Anyway I feel like I am just understanding about
the "journey" - the personal growth - and I am very excited about this.
-- Jeanne Skeels
Thank you Chris, for being an inspiration to me and to my Arbonne
friends. God really used you and I got to watch. How cool. God was
speaking through you this weekend. Yea Chris, yea God!!
-- Loraine Grover
Hello Chris, Thank you so very much for personally autographing the copy of the
Angel Inside. I ordered for myself, it is a treasure to me. I was reading it for the second time,
when I had to lend it out, and now they have fallen in love with it! -- Trish Bamford
Chris: Thanks for your help. FYI: We love your book Angel Inside… I
pastor a church here in the Arlington/Fort Worth area and I bought 200
books and we give to 1st time visitors…about to order more… It was my
favorite book in 2004 and I give them to people I meet... It made a
major impact during a difficult season in my life and ministry and still
helps to pick and read a chapter here and there… Thanks!

Wow Chris - THIS is an incredible email.

Good Morning Chris: I would like to begin by saying I Believe in "First
Impressions"...when I first was introduced to your Weekly Ezines' (Issue
# 1) by Jim Rohn's Newsletters. Upon reading your first issue...I was
absolutely impressed by your down to earth, get me going at the present
time and every moment thereafter. I have always been a very Motivational
person...but You... WOW...I become Overwhelmed by your Enthusiasm and
Inspirations. I look forward to the next weeks' issue. I have from day
one forwarded to all of my Team each Issue and reminded them to
subscribe as they will want Your Awesome Training and Knowledge.
NOW..... about "First Impressions"... I knew I was not wrong about
You...as I was on a training call last evening with my Mentor, Donna
Johnson, as well as a very great gal, Lorraine Grover, and when they
began to talk about this Chris Widener... I took a Deep Breath and said
to myself... Thank you God for guiding me right..... by following
through with using your Phenomenal Training. They too, I Knew, felt the
same... Then when Lorraine continued with her excellent presentation of
your latest book "The Angel Inside" and her interpretation of the
meaning of what is important within a sculptor and what steps are
taken...this too...is how we must follow through with Positive Growth in
our Arbonne Business. I have had about 2 years of medical set
backs....but I am not a quitter...I am now beginning to fulfill my Goal
and Dreams and continue my Journey to Building my Arbonne Business and
reaching to the Stars. Your Inspiration will very much be a role in my
Endeavors. Thank You.

That 'bit' on being the 'least' is truly inspiring.. in the days of
hard knocks we all come by in life... it means so much to know such
things about how life can work out for us all... how do we know how we
may affect or inspire another! Thank you for such guiding words.

Dear Chris, thank you! I have just read your article in your latest
e-zine, which I always look forward to. The last word... I so totally
got it. I work in the film industry here in Australia, and have done
well for the last 3 years, since returning to work after 11 years, along
with home schooling my 3 children, and building a Herbalife business. I
could be following the biggest and best films around scrounging for
work, but instead have chosen to put my family first, and have taken
more independent films, etc. I have had repeat employment from these
Production Companies, and am yet to make "it", but the key is, they all
ask for me, and want me to work for them, and to me, that's it!! And the
main reason, other than that I am a very good Make Up Artist, I have a
positive and compassionate outlook, get the job done with out any
nonsense, am reliable, honest, and love people. This is feedback, which
encourages me to be even better, is what it's all about! I love my work,
and am prepared to take smaller paid jobs, and I know that one day soon,
as is coming, I'll get there, wherever there is! You are so right. Again
Thank you. Bless you.
-- T. Williams
Thank you, this week's ezine was Right on Target for what I was going to
teach my team this weekend. Thank you.
-- Ken Longenecker
Hi Chris! I'm not sure if this comment will make it to you, but it's
worth a shot! Regarding your e-zine article about worry: I, too,
recognized long ago that worry was simply "stinkin' thinkin'!" My
outlook on life is that MANY of life's problems are simply matters of
perspective. I spend the vast majority of my time helping others to see
a more positive perspective and improve their outlook on life. The
result is that they are often able to make better decisions because they
choose to look at a greater portion of the picture. Improved decision
making makes for better leaders and citizens in this world. And it all
comes from a shift in perspective. Believe it or not, I am a speaker as
well. And, like you, I am working as the "least" in many circumstances
because it's SO valuable to learn things while still in the background.
Learning under the spotlight is a thousand times more difficult,
wouldn't you agree? Because of my experience as a voice-over artist, as
well as my stage experience as a narrator for plays and productions, I
have been asked to be the emcee for a large convention of chiropractors
in September. I'm hoping it will be a springboard to many other
opportunities. In the meantime, I'm learning everything I can from Jim
Rohn, Denis Waitley and you! I am also pursuing smaller speaking
opportunities so that when my "dues are paid," as it were, I will know
that I deserved the opportunities that presented themselves. Thank you
for your wisdom and insight, Chris. I'm impressed!

Dear Chris, thank you so much for the
inspiration and the hope you create in my soul. It gives me energy to
live, to make my plans and to make my plans happen. I am always
overwhelmed after reading your e-zines, and always share this
information with my family and friends. I have found that all the topics
in the e-zines are extremely interesting for my friends and colleagues.

Hello Mr. Chris! How are you doing? My name is Oleksiy Platygin and I am
from Ukraine. I have just subscribed for your E-zine, but your story
about being "the least" already helped me so much to overcome the
feeling of giving up. I couldn't find any way out yesterday, but having
read your article where you share your own experience empowered me and
got me back to the right track! So, I just want to thank you, Mr. Chris,
and your team for what you are doing!
-- Oleksiy Platygin
I receive your weekly message consider one of the best ones!! God Bless
your career!!
-- Humberto De La Rosa
Hello Chris, I just have to let you know how much I've enjoyed the first
few ezines I've received from you. For quite some time I kept putting
off getting into your ezine also since I'm already into so many others
and don't have lots of time to read some of them anyway. However, yours
was offered because of something I ordered from someone so I decided to
go ahead and sign up for it and I could just unsubscribe myself if I
didn't like it. Well, I LOVE IT!! Now you have to understand that I
mean, I really love it. Because I have never written anybody else to
this point whose ezines I'm receiving to tell them so. Thank you so
much. I really do appreciate your uplifting ezines.
-- Millie Troth
Chris: I thought I would take a moment and tell you about my day. I was
very tired this morning and could not find the energy to do my usual
routine. (I cheated on my diet last night and did not work out this
morning.) As I was driving into work, initially I thought, "I don't feel
like making 50 sales calls today" and "I feel depressed". But I listened
to your cd and by the time I got to work, I was so excited for a chance
to hit my goals that I couldn't wait to get started. And what a
difference it made! I noticed that leaving messages with a little fun
personality increased my return call ratio. And I had great
conversations with the people that I did get a hold of. And it occurred
to me, you should know that someone benefited by your willingness to
share your knowledge. I really enjoy your cd. Thank You - Michelle (p.s.
My day got even better. I made a sales appointment, received two orders
and hit my goal of 48 calls and 6 mailouts!! Thanks again. -M
Dear Chris, I have loved receiving your
very inspiring messages, especially through a time that was incredibly
painful for me last year. However, this year, life is changing. I was
able to read your messages up until 2003 (end) and then I had no
computer access, and all of these horrific events occured. I wanted to
tell you, though, that I haven't forgotten your inspiring messages, and
am thankful that now that I have internet access again 24/7at home, I
can get your positive affirmative empowering articles again! Thank you
for being there for me when I needed your inspiration.
-- L.C.
Thanks for everything, I have learned a lot... I was a sponge and
absorbed very well thanks to you. I did earn a lot more this month it
was and is a big success. Thanks again.
-- Aynur, Belgium
Chris: Congratulations on the new
format. You're off to a great start. WRITE ON!
-- Joe Klock, Sr.
Chris, keep sharing your story. It truly is the little things that make
the big difference in our lives. Continue to love God, yourself, develop
your skills and abilities and share with others. Not always simple,
however doable!
-- Lize
Chris, the e-zine looks great! I particularly like the quote from Mr.
Kevin Mather.
-- B
Hi Chris, I hope all is going well for you. I wanted to say thanks again
for your presentation to our group. It was very well received and people
are still talking about it and quoting you. It was also great to
introduce people to Jim Rohn who had never had the opportunity to here
him before. Your book, The Angel Inside, is great, Michelle & I really
enjoyed it.
-- David Romero
CW, this looks great. Good job.
-- JD
Chris, I recently attended a Team National Convention in Orlando Florida
and you were the speaker. It was a great pleasure to hear you that day.
I have a great deal of admiration for you due to how you have turned
your life around. I bought your package of CD's that day and plan on
purchasing more in the future. You have made a positive impact on my
leadership abilities.
-- Don Ohl
Thank-you so much for the Leadership series! It is well put together and
has exceptional principles for those of us that are in the business
world to make a difference. I am in the auto business, have been for the
last 12 years. I have listened to many speakers, been to every seminar
on leadership I can find. But...(here's the "kicker"!) I am a Christian
businessman, with high morals and find that most want to manage or
manipulate...not lead One day, we will have to talk about getting your
materials into auto dealerships and putting on seminars combining your
principles and teachings, together. It truly would be a great match,
with the ultimate "win-win" for both! I am currently a manager for a
Nissan dealership and am training the sales staff with an assortment of
Tom Hopkins, Joe Verde, Grant Cardone, Brian Tracy, Dale Carnegie and I
am adding you in with my training material.
-- Michael Niles
Chris: I like the new format! Change is good. Take care.
